Q1: Can I return an item if I simply change my mind?

We do accept returns for ready-made items if they are unused, within 30 days, and in original condition. Return shipping cost is your responsibility.

Q2: Who pays for return shipping?

You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect. We do not offer prepaid return labels unless thereโ€™s an error on our part.

Q3: Can I return a custom-printed shirt?

Unfortunately, no. Custom/personalized items are non-refundable unless they are defective or incorrect upon arrival.

Q4: How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.

Q5: Do I need to include original packaging?

Yes. Items must be returned with original tags, labels, and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Q6: Is there a restocking fee?

No. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Q7: Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

We currently only offer exchanges for defective or wrong items. For size changes, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
