Welcome to DUNK Sportswear. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (https://dunksportswear.com) and the services and products we offer. By placing an order or using any part of our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. 🧢 OUR PRODUCTS

DUNK Sportswear specializes in athletic apparel, including both ready-made and customized sportswear (e.g., name/number printing on shirts or jerseys).

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without prior notice. While we strive to present product information accurately, colors and designs may vary slightly due to screen display settings or fabric variation.

2. 🛒 ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

  • Made-to-order apparel requires 3–5 business days for production.
  • Shipping time varies by destination but typically takes 9–15 business days within the U.S.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email upon successful checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order due to suspected fraud, payment issues, or inventory discrepancies. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded in full.

3. 📦 SHIPPING

  • We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
  • Orders will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address input.

Shipping rates and delivery timeframes are outlined in our Shipping Policy. All shipping timelines are estimated, and delays due to weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

4. 🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges under specific conditions. By purchasing from us, you agree to our Returns and Refunds Policy, which includes:

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags
  • Return shipping: Customer is responsible unless product is defective
  • Restocking fee: No fee
  • Custom/personalized items: Non-refundable, unless defective or incorrect

5. 🎨 CUSTOM ORDERS

Customized items (e.g., name printing, team number customization) are made to your specifications and cannot be modified, returned, or canceled after the order is placed.

DUNK Sportswear is not liable for spelling errors or incorrect information submitted during the order process. Please double-check your custom inputs before checkout.

If your customized order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will offer a free replacement or refund upon verification.

6. 💳 PAYMENT

We accept payments via secure third-party processors, including major credit/debit cards. All transactions are processed in USD.

Your payment must be completed at checkout. Orders are not confirmed or prepared until full payment is received. We do not store your credit card information.

  • Allergic reactions to fabrics (material compositions are disclosed on each product page)
  • Delays in delivery caused by shipping carriers
  • Issues arising from user error during custom input

Our liability is limited to the total purchase price of your order.

9. 🔐 PRIVACY & DATA SECURITY

By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard encryption and payment processing systems to protect your personal and payment data.

We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

10. 🔄 MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes means you agree to the revised terms. The current Terms will always be posted on this page with the “Effective Date” noted above.
