ORDER PROCESSING
The order process consists of:
- Processing Time: Covers order preparation, assembly, and all pre-shipment activities. The duration may vary depending on the destination and operational efficiency
- Shipping Time: Starts once processing is complete and is determined by the selected shipping method and destination.
Note the order cutoff is (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time. Delays may occur during peak and sale periods.
We ship via USPS, FedEx, and DHL. Total estimated time combines processing and shipping.

We process orders Monday-Friday, Eastern Time, excluding holidays.

TRACKING INFORMATION
A tracking number will be issued once your order has been shipped. Please note that carriers may take 5–7 days to update tracking information. We kindly ask that you allow at least 10 days before contacting us with any tracking inquiries.

DELAYS
If your order is not delivered within 45 days, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will conduct an investigation and issue a full refund if unresolved.
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please carefully check the delivery address and the surrounding area. If you are still unable to locate it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier listed in your notification email for further assistance.
If the issue remains unresolved, email [email protected]. We aim to respond within 12 hours and appreciate your patience.
NOTICE
We cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us promptly at [email protected]. Kindly note that our response time is up to 48 hours, and if the order has already been dispatched within that period, we are unable to make any changes.
Customers are responsible for all regional taxes, duties, fees, and restrictions. Kodysports is not accountable for any additional charges, even if:
- The package is refused by the customer.
- Multiple delivery attempts fail.
We reserve the right to cancel orders without obligation for a refund.
