All products at DUNK Sportswear are made-to-order after purchase.
We do not mass produce or resell third-party goods. Every item is custom-created for each customer, helping reduce waste and environmental impact.
🗓️ Order Processing Time
- Standard Processing Time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, PST)
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST are processed the next business day.
- Holiday Notice: Processing may be delayed during holidays, including:
New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

All orders are produced and packaged by certified fulfillment partners:

Each order is packed using appropriate materials and includes a trackable shipping number. Fulfillment and shipping are handled by our partners, but:

- All shipments come with tracking numbers.

- Note: Some international couriers (e.g., YunExpress/Yanwen) transfer shipments to USPS for final delivery. Tracking may update in stages.

⚠️ Address Accuracy
- Customers are fully responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will not be refunded.
- If you made a mistake, contact [email protected] within 2 hours of ordering. We cannot guarantee edits after dispatch.
🚫 Undelivered or Missing Packages
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive the item:
- Check your premises or ask household members.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
- If unresolved, email us at [email protected] within 7 days.
- If your package hasn’t arrived within 45 days, we’ll issue a full refund or resend the item.
📦 Lost or Damaged Orders
- If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days with:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue
- Short description
✅ We will either replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund.
🧾 Taxes, Customs & Fees
Since we currently only ship to the U.S., there are no customs duties or import taxes.
In the future, if international shipping is re-enabled, duties and fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

📦 Shipping & Delivery – FAQ for DUNK Sportswear
1. Do you offer international shipping?
No, at this time we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international delivery due to our fulfillment structure and logistics partners.
2. How long does it take to receive my order?
Our delivery timeline consists of two parts:
- Processing time: 3–5 business days
- Shipping time: 7–14 business days
So your order should arrive within 10–19 business days depending on the product type and your location.
3. What carriers do you use for delivery?
We work with reliable partners including:
- YunExpress / Yanwen (first leg of shipment)
- USPS, UPS, DHL eCommerce (final delivery within the U.S.)
4. Why was my order delivered in multiple packages?
Some items are fulfilled from different warehouses or print facilities. To ensure faster delivery, we may ship items separately. You’ll receive a separate tracking number for each package.
5. Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. All orders come with a trackable shipping number once the item is dispatched. Tracking updates may take up to 5–7 business days to reflect.
6. How do I track my order?
You can easily track your shipment at our Track Order page using your order ID and email.
7. My tracking number says ‘delivered’ but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?
- First, check your mailbox, porch, and with neighbors.
- Then, contact the carrier directly for investigation.
- If unresolved, email us within 7 days at [email protected] and we’ll assist you further.
8. What happens if my package is delayed beyond 45 days?
If your order has not arrived after 45 calendar days, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
9. Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO military addresses. Please use a physical residential or business address for delivery.
10. What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately after placing the order. If your item has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to update the address.
However, we are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted during checkout.
